You (profanity removed)ers are in for a rude awakening i cstch that white ford cutring people off and blowing past me in a red light on a 1 way Bridge
So this year I had planned on getting my lawn done by a company. I put out a request for recommendations back in March and had several people contact me including Raymond W Schrader Jr. I looked into his company and Jennifer Derrick came out to give me a bid. I accepted it and on April 1st she sent me a text asking if the 15th would be a good day. I agreed, paid $100 cash deposit, kept the dogs contained that day and came home to an unmowed lawn. Come to find out, it was Ray'...s opinion that the ground was too soft. I understood that as I do live at the bottom of the Napavine hill and get ALL the runoff as well as my neighbors piped in water runoff (don't get me started). Jennifer said she would continue to drive by the house to check on the yard to see when she could schedule the guys to come take care of the yards. Time went by and I finally asked on May 4th for just the front yard and ditch to be done until the back yard dried out. She agreed and said it would get done Monday or Tuesday. Nothing. I ask again on May 22nd realizing (from FB posts) they had equipment issues. Jennifer implies they will get the yard(s) done that week. Again nothing. I text again on June 2nd and explain how frustrated I am getting and Jennifer replies they lost an employee and Ray is working alone and while I understand that I have texted once again on Friday June 23rd and say since 4th of July is coming and the yard is a fire hazard if they can get the yards done before hand. I wait for 72 hours and get no response. I repeat the message Monday (June 26th) and again no response in more than 24 hours. I have now asked for my deposit back and will be looking for a new company.
They came and mowed, weed eated, clean gravel off drive thru, and even gave me a potted flower and planted it!! They did it all in the dark with truck lights!! This company is amazing!!
I was not home when they removed my blackberries, when I came home there was no trace of them being there, other than my blackberries totally gone, excellent job, very professional, they even trimmed my apple tree as a courtesy service, I would recommend these people to everyone who needs yard work done
The crew did a wonderful job. All of them worked hard the entire day. They were very professional and great to work with. I already have them signed up to come out monthly. I definitely recommend them.
