  Outstanding! I have met many of the people whom Jim has helped; they are always amazing folks. Only last week, when we needed to make a quick trip to Salem at the last minute, to meet some special needs, of one of his couple clients, we arrived at their home to deliver what they needed, and to our utter amazement, they had a lovely dinner waiting for us. Kindness unlimited! How thoughtful these folks were ~ it was delicious! (And, they are trying to get everything packed to m...ove...) ~ One example! What I think: Jim always goes the EXTRA MILE, whatever time or distance it takes to meet the needs of his clients and to ensure that EVERY DETAIL is taken care of precisely. He cares about people and desires to help each one reach their personal goals and achieve their dreams! He loves what he does and people always tell me how much he has helped to make their transaction actually work. The other fact that I note constantly, is that he does his homework!!! He makes absolutely certain that he creates the best list of available homes/properties to show his clients ~ before he ever starts the showings at the sites. He tracts everything from A to Z. His Goal: To have the sale finalize to both sides satisfaction, with total integrity, and a sure knowledge that the sold/purchased house is of the finest quality ~ so, families can experience a "happily ever after feeling," when all is said and done! What five rules describe him as a Realtor, 1. Superior Listener: He finds out what the clients actually want and need. 2. Checks the Facts: Makes sure everything is within the realm of possibly by matching select properties with set people. 3. Creates a list of absolutes that must be met for the family to be happy in that new location/environment. Matches through research every detail! 4. Shows the top three-five matches, and most often one of them scores with the family! 5. Proceeds with the house inspectors, and as always makes certain that every legal detail is locked down. SMILES with FAMILIES when they move into their new dream home, or when they sell their property to someone they know they want to have living in the home they loved.
