I echo the posts from last year. Carol is the best. My family is new to the Seattle area so we needed someone who knows the greater Seattle market inside out. She is exactly what we needed. In addition, she is always on top of everything and goes above and beyond what a regular realtor do for their clients. The greater Seattle area is an extremely tough market so you can't afford just hiring any realtor. We highly recommend Carol to anyone who's serious about buying or selling a home.
Two years ago, we learn about Carol from FB recommendation. She showed us houses whole day, we ended up decide the timing to move to Seattle area is not right for us. We felt so sorry that Carol spend all the time and effort with us for nothing. Carol smiled and told us that relocation is a big decision. just take it slow. When we were thinking about moving to Seattle this year, Carol listened to our need and screened out all the possibilities. Carol found us a house in two... days. She is such a efficient and details oriented person. She is also a good problem solver and good communicator. She answered all our concerns and questions, guided us through the entire house purchasing process. She even went extra miles to help us find tenant after closing since we were not planning to move in right away. I am so grateful for the extra work she did for us, it is definitely not in real estate agent's job description. If someone would purchase houses in Seattle area, I will recommend them Carol as their real estate agent since I know Carol will always do a great job to help people out.
