Our saleswoman, Sue, was very knowledgable, helpful and sincerely interested in our needs and style. She made sure we had as much information as possible about the seating pieces we chose. She was very attentive to our preferences and allowed us to ponder our choices for bedroom set and the mattress, especially. The delivery men were very professional, polite and friendly. Our entire shopping experience and the service to date has been particularly good. We have purchased a lot of furniture in past 40 years and this store's customer care is at the very top of my list.
Barb Thoresen was very helpful, guided us through selecting a new mattress, bed, nightstands, and a sofa sleeper! Highly recommended!
Over the years, we have purchased several pieces of furniture (2 lazyboys, dining table and chairs) and have always been happy with our purchase and the service. Yesterday we shopped for a new bed....Sue made it so easy to find the right one. From the new technology for mapping out your body type to match you to the right mattress to her knowledge of the products, the process was easy and a pleasant experience. Thanks guys, your great.
Not a great experience. I ordered a chest and was told it would be delivered at the end of May. I had to call countless times to check on the order and could never get an exact delivery date. Chest finally came in and when we opened the box, pieces were broken. Very irritating wasting time calling every day and then finally getting damaged product. Im dreading having to call customer service to get this taken care of. Sounds like it'll take a another month or more to actually be able to use the chest. Very good price but still not worth all the hassel. Won't be shopping at art van again.
