Julie was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. She was great to work with, quick to respond and quick to communicate anything that we should be aware of throughout the process. She was eager to do any research for us to make sure we had all the information and got the most out of our property. Julie made the process simple for us. Most of the paperwork was available to sign electronically from our phones and lots of the communication was through email or text. With four children we appreciated her tayloring to fit our lifestyle and her patience and kindness with them.
Julie has the utmost integrity and knowledge of the homes in this area. She assisted my ex-husband to purchase his home this past summer and he had nothing but good things to say about her. She assisted me in purchasing my new home and I never had to wait to hear from her, she is extremely dedicated to her clients!
If you are looking for an excellent real estate advisor in the State of Washington (particularly near the Seattle area), we would highly recommend Julie. She is very knowledgeable, hard-working and responsive to our questions and/or issues that may come up during our home search and purchase process. We simply could not have done it without her. We have been looking for a waterfront home on one of the islands for a while and had Julie recommended to us. She continually updated us on her searches and would quickly arrange for a viewing of anything we wanted to see. She was incredibly responsive to to our requests and questions. But she was really at her best when we decided to make an offer on a house on Whidbey Island that had just come on the market. She navigated us through all the stuff about septic tanks, wells..., and soil testing, even collecting a sample of the well water for testing. She was very resourceful in finding information for us that helped us frame an offer, evaluate the property and close the deal. I even received emails from her after 10:00 p.m. on some nights responding to my questions. I am writing this review from our new house that closed last Friday and could not be more satisfied with her efforts and results. Very highly recommended.
Julie sold our home and helped us get in to the home of our dreams. She is professional, polite, experienced, and exceeded our expectations. She always returned our phone calls or emails asap. And listened intently to what we wanted. Her many years of experience shows. Thank you, Julie for your patience and persistence.
