IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY OR SELL A HOUSE MARY IS THE MOST AMAZING REAL ESTATE AGENT YOU WILL EVER ENCOUNTER. That sentence is the best synopsis of what I am about to write. It’s taken me a long time to write this review because I don’t know how to sum up how amazing Mary is. So I’m not going to try and make this short or try and make this a snackable review for the internet. Our story with Mary starts when she first came to our house to do a walk through and help give advice... on what changes we should look at making before we were interested in selling. Keep in mind, we had no idea when we would be interested in selling and Mary couldn’t have been less concerned with that. She gave honest advice that was completely on point. She gave suggestions we hadn’t thought of and told us when we were doing things that wouldn’t add value to the house. A month or so later, I was approximately 20 weeks pregnant and it was late August when we decided to try and list our house. Mary had it up within a week - with beautiful photos and marketing in place. And, when we decided we had taken on too much to sell our house and buy a new one within our short timeframe and before the market slowed - Mary took down our house without any grief or hesitation. Mary is never concerned with her profit. Or her time. She is never going to talk you into or out of something unless it’s what’s best for you. Fast forward another 6 months, we found our dream home. We hadn’t sold our current house, but that didn’t matter. Mary made it happen. We were told directly from the owners that the only reason they accepted our offer over the many other competing offers was because of the suggestions Mary made during the negotiating process. Things we would have never known to change or would have thought made a difference are what resulted in our offer being accepted!
I’m in the middle of purchasing my second house with Mary and have never had such amazing agent. As a previous home flipper in Arizona, I’ve dealt with many different agents and brokers. None of them even come close to the level of professionalism and experience as they do with Mary.
Mary is the best! She goes above and beyond including jumping in to help you get your home ready to put on the market. (She painted for me!) I HIGHLY recommend her
Mary is amazing! She is always available and always gets back to you right away. She instilled smoke detectors in a home she was selling for me and we are also in a different state and there was some things that needed to be removed from the home she took care of everything and went above and beyond! Thank you so much I would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.
Mary Harvey is a fantastic realtor. I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. She is incredibly detail oriented, personable, professional and has genuine relationships with her clients. She isn't a "sales person" looking to get rich off your sale. She gets that you work hard for your money and works hard to help you find the right fit. Her communication from start to finish was timely. I never waited hours or days for responses, like I have in the past with... other realtors. She handled everything on her end personally. No go-between person letting things fall through the cracks. You get a kind person, with a good heart that cares about the huge investment you are buying or selling and truly cares that you find the right fit for you. She educated us through the process and often already had answers to questions regarding specific details she knew interested us. You can't go wrong with Mary!!! In the past, dealing with another realtor was like a bad dentist appointment... but with Mary, it's like a day at a beautiful spa! Mary truly cares and that truly matters!!
