We absolutely love our new couches! I will never shop anywhere else!
Our Sales person was Holly. She was wonderful. She gave us lots of time to browse, but when ever we had questions she’d be near by. She was pleasant and helpful. Our furniture looks wonderful in our house. The delivery people were quick and also very nice. No down side as of yet.
WARNING, WARNING!!! I thought that i go to store brand to buy my furniture. I purchased from their online orders because i was told from the sales person that its not available at that time in the store. I paid $300 for coffee table. I dont know how i could trust this name brand and do not search the table online. I found the same one exactly for $ 150 , belived or not. Advice to all, DONT BUY THEIR SPECIAL ONLINE PRODUCTS. Their prices are double the retail from other seller. I dont want to think how much is the real price and how much they worth it.!!! Even the table could not be delivered for 2 weeks from now, i was charged 20% for the table. However i still cancelled and ordered for $150, plus $30 as a fee to Raymond and flanigan, i paid less the $300. I want to mention the manager was rude and unhelpful!!!
It’s a shame R&F are listed by STORE because the entire organization is a scam!! DON’T GET PLATINUM PROTECTION! Bought a set 6 months ago, they have yet to replace one piece (damaged on delivery) yet I make FULL payments each month! Now only 6 months later, they no longer make the piece and since I purchased it, the cost went down by 40%. Now that’s all they will give to replace the it! $1000 down to $644! But I still have to make full monthly payments! What a scam!! 20 minutes every time I call to get NO WHERE! Run RUN RUN away from R&F! Save yourself the high blood pressure!
Very disappointed and will never purchase as much as a throw pillow from Raymour and Flanigan. Customer service is non existent. Think twice before purchasing anything from this company because you will have nothing but problems
