I cannot speak more highly of my experience working with John and Gayla. As first time homebuyers the process seemed really overwhelming, but they were there every step of the way to answer our questions and calm our concerns. They truly made us feel like we were family, and were almost as invested in finding us our dream house as we were! I hope they’re around forever, because they’ve set a standard that no other agent will be able to meet.
Gayla works HARD for her clients, and is incredibly knowledgeable in her industry. She will stop at nothing to get her buyers the home they are searching for, and to help her sellers earn the most for their sale!
Gayla is amazing! We we're first time home buyers, my husband was stationed in Korea and I was recovering from double jaw surgery. I couldn't talk through out the whole process since my mouth was wired shut for 6 weeks. With her knowledge and expertise, Gayla helped us tremendously answering all questions and concerns (though email and texts). Given our circumstances Gayla didn't hesitate to help us. She truly cares for her clients and I felt that every step of the way. I'm happy to say we got our dream home ????. Home buying can be a stressful process, but Gayla really took away a lot of that stress. John and Gayla are wonderful people and we recommend them 100%. As first time home buyers we very unsure of alot of things and had a ton of questions. I was given Gayla as a referal and was the only agent I contacted, just lucky I guess! She was extremely helpful, never waited for answers to our questions and was never left feeling less than her number one priority. If you're looking for the best - look no further! She truly is amazing! If we were to buy or sell again the Duerr's are the first call we're making.
Gayla and John went above and beyond helping us find the perfect home. After living in the area for a few months, we found the area we liked, but there were no homes for sale in that neighborhood. Gayla decided to write and send letters to everyone in that neighborhood asking them to consider selling their home to us. A family in the neighborhood answered her letter, and thanks to her hard work and going the extra mile for us, we now have a great home in the neighborhood we like. Thanks so much John and Gayla!
