Great fun learning new cooking skills and recipes. Ron, the chef instructor is very informative, engaging, funny and knowledgeable.
An Amazing night of exploring different styles of flavor, creating new tastes, whatever was suited to your liking. Our Amazing Chef... "try it you'll like it", and we did. laughter, wine, great company, Great food and most important, perfect directions. Thank you! A Great time, experiencing different styles of tamales and red sauces. ❣
The classes are fun and the instructor is excellent. We left feeling prepared to try new things and have already signed up for two more classes.
I have had to miss the last couple of weeks and it is so true that absence makes the heart grow fonder. Chef Ron and his amazing team have the perfect recipe for fun and great food. I have been to cooking classes that were very proper and intimidating where the instructor had you do more watching than cooking. I love that at Yankee Hill there is such a warm, inviting and relaxed atmosphere. Chef Ron gets everyone’s hands dirty and leaves you anticipating the next class. I am learning new cooking skills and making new friends and it all started with an invite from a friend. Come join the fun!
Wonderful experience!! We we're lucky to attend a private class with family & friends - menu: hand made pizza, salad and molten lava cake. So yummy and learned a lot - loved the way Ron involved everyone, including the youngest in our party, my 7 yr old daughter. Great eating our shared food among friends after & chatting about food, cooking & life. We all look forward to attending another in the near future!!
